Forte and Tablada, Inc. provided civil/site engineering design and land surveying for this 55-acre, multi-million dollar retail development. The scope for the City of Bossier City included the preparation of plans and specifications for streets, drainage, sanitary sewer mains, and water mains. The water mains included approximately 2,000 linear feet of 8” lines, 4,000 linear feet of 12” and 1,700 linear feet of 20” lines. The sanitary sewer mains consisted of about 2,000 linear feet The project also included extensive use of brick pavers and other amenities.
