Patrick Downs was honored at the Baton Rouge Business Report Forty under 40 awards gala. LTC William Saint asked that his guest be present for honoring Patrick with the Combat Action Badge as a result of his recent tenure in Iraq. The badge is in recognition of being engaged by the enemy and performing satisfactorily in accordance with the prescribed rules of engagement.
