Forte and Tablada worked with Livingston Parish to provide repairs to a culvert crossing located along Hodges Lane. The culvert headwalls were broken and causing erosion issues and blockage around the inlet. Additionally, guardrail was not in compliance. A new headwall was designed and safety concerns were addressed in the plans with new guard rail protection around the headwall. Additionally, the channel slope around the headwall was adjusted and protected with rip rap to prevent future erosion and slope stability issues.
