This project involved renovating an existing 100,000-square foot office warehouse building that was used as a furniture assembly facility into a community college, in Winnsboro, LA. The exterior of the building and covered entry were renovated to give this building a new image, consistent with the other community colleges. After the removal of existing walls, the interior received a new plan layout for classrooms, workshops, and administrative spaces.
