Forte and Tablada, Inc. (formerly PEC) was selected by the City/Parish’s Engineer Selection Board to perform the project design and plan preparation for the widening of Bluebonnet Blvd. to a 4-lane and 5-lane urban section with curb and gutter and subsurface drainage for approximately 2.5 miles (Burbank Drive to Nicholson Drive).
Forte and Tablada met the challenge of designing this multi-lane roadway with median and sub-surface drainage all within the existing right-of-way of an established neighborhood.
The firm prepared preliminary and final plans and Right of Way maps working with local subconsultants on this very high profile, much needed road improvement in one of the Parish’s fastest growing areas.
