
Allison Schilling, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Louisiana with extensive experience in civil engineering, program management, project management and administration. She was employed by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LA DOTD) for 35 years where she worked 19 years in the Road Design Section in Baton Rouge and 14 years in District 62 (Hammond). While in the District she worked as the Program Delivery/Design Engineer where she designed or managed approximately 230 projects worth approximately $490 million. Most recently, Mrs. Schilling served as the District 62 Administrator, where she was responsible for over 400 employees and oversaw the maintenance, operations and emergency response for LA DOTD’s transportation infrastructure in a six parish area.

- Roadway design including rural and urban design to federal and state guidelines.
- Drainage design including both open and sub-surface drainage systems.
- Program and project management including project evaluation and selection for various funding programs, development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Technical direction and supervision of engineering staff in the preparation of engineering cost estimates, construction plans, specifications, proposals, and design documents for multiple concurrent projects.
- Extensive experience working with federal, state and local officials and all stakeholders in project planning, design, management and delivery.
- Vast knowledge of Bentley Microstation, InRoads and InRoads Storm and Sanitary including the development of automation standards for each.
