Mr. Grogan joined Forte and Tablada, Inc. in 2014 after thirty-two years of experience in civil engineering. He is experienced in a variety of civil engineering projects, including civil, structural, and bridge engineering. Mr. Grogan is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Missouri.

Mr. Grogan is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers. He also regularly attends professional development seminars in subject areas relevant to his expertise.

Mr. Grogan offers the following skills in Civil Engineering Design:

  • Civil design of highways, streets, and building sites, including drainage
  • Structural design of the framework and foundations of buildings and miscellaneous structures with design in structural steel, reinforced concrete, wood and masonry
