Project Manager

Mr. Hobbs brings project experience including design and construction observation and operation of all classes of electrical systems for both private and public facilities. Mr. Hobbs has worked to manage, design, and coordinate construction and installation of electrical systems including lighting for interior, exterior, security, and roadway; power distribution, including high voltage (230KV), medium voltage (15KV) and low voltage (480V, 120/208V) systems. Additional design experience includes, various control, security, life safety, communications, and energy management systems for commercial buildings, multi-function correctional facilities, petrochemical plants, generating stations, and both private and public facilities, including parks, schools, and universities. Also experienced with special system design, including, but not limited to, IT network wiring solutions (Hardwired and Fiber Optic), Intercom Systems, Master Clock Systems, CCTV Networks, CATV Networks and Fire Alarm Systems (hardwired, network, fiber optic and wireless). Mr. Hobbs has worked as a project manager and project electrical engineer for the design of complete electrical power and control systems including life safety, communication, and electrical distribution systems for all types of projects.

Mr. Hobbs has served as project manager and/or project electrical engineer for the electrical design on many types of projects such as follows:

  • Correctional Facilities including Parish, State, and Federal design standards.
  • State commercial facilities renovations and new construction.
  • Hydroelectric generating stations.
  • Private commercial facilities renovations and new construction.
  • Department of Transportation facilities renovations and new construction.
  • Site, roadway, and perimeter lighting.
  • Energy management systems.
  • Communication systems.
  • Life safety systems.
  • Water, Water Treatment, Sewer Treatment, and Pumping systems.
