
Mrs. Sanchez has become a key part of our Civil team since joining Forte and Tablada, Inc. While in school and working as an E.I., she became familiar with a variety of software and design standards. She has worked on multiple sidewalk enhancement projects from designing sidewalk layouts and storm water drainage systems to completing quantity calculations and various permitting responsibilities. She has also worked on various applications for road rehabilitation projects along with the construction administration of numerous Preservation/Rehabilitation/Replacement projects that consisted of rehabilitating existing, deteriorating roadways within the Parish. Mrs. Sanchez has experience in the design of sanitary sewer systems and the rehabilitation of sewer systems as part of a Parish-wide sanitary sewer overflow program resulting from an EPA Mandate.
She has designed projects consisting of storm water drainage systems, roadway upgrades, ground water storage tank and related civil site design, water and sewer system capacity upgrades. She has also worked on the rehabilitation of multiple elevated water storage tanks and existing water well sites. Additionally, she has assisted with reviews of site plans, drainage impact studies, preliminary and final plats as well as construction plans for the Livingston Parish Planning Commission and Council. Mrs. Sanchez has experience in civil site design of commercial developments specifically related to American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant parking, sidewalks and overall site conformance. She has designed storm water drainage systems, pavement joint layouts, utility relocation and placement as well as other related civil site design tasks.
