Forte and Tablada, Inc., provided all of the civil/site design of the infrastructure, concrete streets, parking areas, water and sewer mains, drainage, and stormwater detention for the Villaggio Commercial/Residential Development.
This project also included a four-acre pond with a hard edge, as well as two lighted parking lots, landscaped islands, and a main street boulevard entrance.
