Forte and Tablada, Inc. completed the civil/site design for a new two-story, 55,000-square foot masonry school building along with drainage and parking as a subconsultant to Holly & Smith Architects for LaPlace Elementary School.
This project called for design to drives and parking, including new sidewalk installation with all parking areas and sidewalks to be ADA compliant, storm water drainage with a combination of catch basins, subsurface piping and drainage swales/ditches with all drainage to be directed to the east side of the site into the existing drainage canal.
