Forte and Tablada, Inc. provided civil engineering design and land surveying services as part of a Design-Build team. The civil/site scope included the design for parking lots, drives, stormwater detention areas, site drainage systems (concrete curb and gutter with subsurface drainage), 800 linear feet of gravity sewer, and water and gas service lines. The first phase of construction included an 81,000-square foot facility for academic programming and administrative offices. The second phase of construction included a 40,000-square foot Technical Training Center.
